La Lampara does not exist. This is a demonstration site: the restaurant, the address, the contact details, the catch and the prices are invented. The page below shows where a real document would sit and what it would have to cover, and it is not a real document. For the same reason you will find no VAT number, no company registration and no registry entry here: inventing one is the only thing on this whole site that could actually hurt somebody.

• What this site collects

  Nothing. There are no forms, no analytics and no requests to any other domain. The menu recomposes inside your browser and stays there.

• The table you built

  It lives in the page address, which means it lives in your browser and on no server. If you copy that link, you are the one sharing it.

• What would genuinely belong here

  The data controller with its real details, the legal basis for telephone bookings, retention periods, processors, and how to exercise GDPR rights. A real restaurant has to write those, and has to have them written by somebody who knows what they are doing.
