La Lampara does not exist. This is a demonstration site: the restaurant, the address, the contact details, the catch and the prices are invented. The page below shows where a real document would sit and what it would have to cover, and it is not a real document. For the same reason you will find no VAT number, no company registration and no registry entry here: inventing one is the only thing on this whole site that could actually hurt somebody.

• What this site is

  A demonstration. It exists to show how Giuseppe Castelluccio works: structure, writing, drawing, and one instrument that genuinely functions.

• Why there is no VAT number

  Because the restaurant is not there. An invented number that happens to belong to a real company exposes it to scrutiny it never asked for, and no demonstration is worth that.

• The content

  Text, drawings and code are by Giuseppe Castelluccio. The dish names are ordinary Ligurian cooking and belong to nobody.

• Camogli, though, is real

  The tonnarella off Punta Chiappa exists, and so does the town. What is invented is the restaurant working in the middle of it.
