La Lampara does not exist. This is a demonstration site: the restaurant, the address, the contact details, the catch and the prices are invented. The page below shows where a real document would sit and what it would have to cover, and it is not a real document. For the same reason you will find no VAT number, no company registration and no registry entry here: inventing one is the only thing on this whole site that could actually hurt somebody.

• How many this site uses

  None. There is no banner because there is nothing to accept, and it is a checkable claim: open your developer tools and look.

• Why there are none

  Nothing needs to remember you. What you choose on the menu lives in the page address, which is the right place for it: it goes when you close the tab and it follows you nowhere.

• What a real restaurant would change

  Probably nothing. A restaurant that sells tables over the phone has no need to track who reads the menu, and most of the ones doing it do not know they are.
